The rules of any unit, workplace, factory always focus on and improve the regulations on labor safety in production. Depending on each field, industry, environment and different nature of work, there will be separate standards which must be created according to the standards set by the Government.

In September 2022, the production department of AK Food company was disseminated the necessary knowledge in the production process. Each profession in society has certain safety standards. To ensure the safety and health of workers, the occupational safety and health knowledge is essential. For the field of commodity production is especially important, in order to raise efficiency and production capacity, the first thing is to ensure the safety of workers.

Occupational safety is the totality of measures prescribed in the internal regulations of the unit (enterprise, factory, mechanical workshop...). These regulations clearly reflect the necessary conditions, means, skills and experience to help employees ensure their health and life during working.

Occupational safety in production is the necessary measures and knowledge that are equipped and guided for workers in the production process. For workers working in mechanical workshop, it is the most necessary for them to ensure safety.

In manufacturing industries, workers need to follow these safety rules:

1. Fully equipped with eye protection equipment such as sunglasses, dustproof glasses or other specific eye protection equipment
Wearing correctly and completely uniforms provided by factories and enterprises when working, avoid wearing clothes that are too wide or too tight when using mechanical equipment.
2. For jewelry, watches and all unnecessary objects should be eleminated for safety when working at the workplace.
3. Power equipment, mustn't arbitrarily disconnect the circuit breaker, otherwise the whole electrical system will be short-circuited, fire may even lead to explosion, machinery damage...
