Job description:
Directly operate and manage the fried, drying, and packaging line
Assigning employees in the team according to the plan to ensure productivity and quality as required by hygiene and food safety
Strictly comply with production processes and food hygiene and safety regulations
Cleaning the surface contact of the entire chain according to the regulations of the shift, at the end of the shift
