The 4th outbreak of COVID-19 is believed to be the most complicated in the past 2 years in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City has become a "hot spot" when the number of infections is the highest in Vietnam. CAY THI always strives to accompany the authorities at all localities to promptly support people in difficulty amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the middle of the week of implementing the distance according to directive 16, CAY THI spread the flame of warm kindness through 5,000 gifts worth 1 billion VND including:
15 tons of rice;
10,000 packets of fresh porridge;
50,000 packages of dishes served with porridge;
We donated to households and people who need help in quarantine areas. In this campaign, CAY THI divided into 2 support groups to quickly distribute gifts to 7 districts with the highest number of quarantine areas in Ho Chi Minh City.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu - Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of CAY THI answered to HTV: “Each gift is the necessities - main food such as rice, fresh porridge and dishes served with porridge; For a household of 3-4 members, it can be used for 1 week. We hope that these gifts can help people overcome their difficulties during the pandemic. Therefore, we also want to call on businesses and sponsors to join hands to support as "good leaves cover torn leaves" to overcome the pandemic together."
The battle with the pandemic may be very long, but CAY THI believes that we will be safe, together we will get over this time.
